By downloading, installing, or using Crypto Risk (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use.

Crypto Risk is a risk management and trading analysis utility designed to assist users in planning potential trade scenarios, including risk, position sizing, profit and loss (PnL), and liquidation estimations.

The App:

• Does not place, execute, transmit, or route orders
  
  

• Is not a broker, exchange, financial institution, or investment advisor
  
  

• Does not hold, manage, or access user funds
  
  

All calculations are based on user-provided inputs and mathematical models.

The App provides informational tools only.

Nothing in the App constitutes:

• Investment advice
  
  

• Financial advice
  
  

• Legal or tax advice
  
  

• A recommendation to buy or sell any asset
  
  

Cryptocurrency and leveraged trading involve substantial risk of loss. Market prices are volatile and may result in rapid liquidation or total capital loss.

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for your trading decisions
  
  

• You assume full responsibility for all financial outcomes
  
  

• The developer is not liable for any losses incurred
  
  

Crypto Risk offers auto-renewable subscriptions:

• Pro Monthly (1 month)
  
  

• Pro Annual (1 year)
  
  

Subscription details:

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase.
  
  

• Subscription automatically renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  
  

• Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
  
  

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings.
  
  

• If a free trial is offered, any unused portion is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
  
  

• You can restore prior purchases using the “Restore Purchases” feature inside the App.
  
  

Pricing may vary by region and is displayed within the App prior to purchase.

You agree not to:

• Misuse the App
  
  

• Attempt unauthorized access
  
  

• Reverse engineer beyond rights granted by law
  
  

• Interfere with or disrupt app functionality
  
  

All software, design elements, branding, and proprietary functionality are owned by the developer, except third-party components used under their respective licenses.

The App does not guarantee:

• Profitability
  
  

• Trade accuracy
  
  

• Market outcome prediction
  
  

• Protection against liquidation
  
  

All calculations are estimations based on provided inputs.

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for:

• Trading losses
  
  

• Lost profits
  
  

• Indirect or consequential damages
  
  

• Data inaccuracies
  
  

• Service interruptions
  
  

Your sole remedy is to discontinue use of the App.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App for violations of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the developer’s country of residence, without regard to conflict of law principles.
